Driven by gratitude, Gratify Neighborhood Bistro was created to pay homage to the community and to the staff that enabled us to survive the pandemic. A striking take on baroque architecture, designed in-house, transports guests to a contemporary bistro-style Versailles – an every day escape where guests are encouraged to come as they are and relax with friends, family, kids, and coworkers. At the core of our concept is classic bistro fare – bringing well-known, approachable dishes made from locally sourced, high quality product to the surrounding neighborhood. Shareables like Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Onion Rings, and Crab Cakes make group dining effortless. Vibrant salads lend themselves to all-day dining. Entrées include heartier dishes such as the Gratify Burger, Fish & Chips, Brick Chicken, Short Rib, and more. Well-priced cocktails and wine make it easy to imbibe while you dine and a can't-miss weekday happy hour offers half price on all bottles of wine and cocktails Wednesday through Friday 3-6pm. Daily brunch, served Wednesday through Sunday from 11-3, is the cherry on top of this local neighborhood favorite – with diners flocking for favorites like Eggs Benedict, Crème Brûlée French Toast, and Braised Pork Tacos  throughout the week. Gratify is located next door to our sister concept, Coppa Osteria, at the intersection of the Rice Village and Southampton neighborhoods.
