Driven by gratitude, Gratify Neighborhood Bistro was created to pay homage to the community and to the staff that enabled us to survive the pandemic. Our décor is a culmination of years of curation with influences from owner Grant Cooper's European upbringing and travels with wife, Jacy. Gratify Bistro's vibrant take on baroque architecture, designed in-house, transports guests to a contemporary Versailles – a grown-up escape from the everyday where the disco ball shimmers and the martinis flow. Guests can enjoy thoughtfully nuanced, approachable produce-forward food made from locally sourced product. At the core of our concept is the raw bar with an almost overwhelming assortment of freshly shucked oysters, crudo, tartare, caviar, and more – bringing fresh, high quality seafood to the surrounding neighborhood. Gratify's Cosmopolitan culinary experience is perfectly accented by an extensive selection of craft cocktails and a carefully curated wine list. Gratify is located next door to our sister concept, Coppa Osteria, at the intersection of the Rice Village and Southampton neighborhoods.
