About Us

Driven by gratitude, Gratify Neighborhood Bistro was created to pay homage to the community and to the staff that enabled us to survive the pandemic. Our décor is a culmination of years of curation with influences from owner Grant Cooper’s European upbringing and travels with wife, Jacy. Gratify Bistro’s vibrant take on baroque architecture, designed in-house, transports guests to a contemporary Versailles – a grown-up escape from the everyday where the disco ball shimmers and the martinis flow.  Guests can enjoy thoughtfully nuanced, approachable produce-forward food made from locally sourced product.  At the core of our concept is the Raw Bar with an almost overwhelming assortment of freshly shucked oysters, crudo, tartare, caviar, and more – bringing fresh, high quality seafood to the surrounding neighborhoods.  Gratify’s cosmopolitan culinary experience is perfectly accented by an extensive selection of craft cocktails and a carefully curated wine list.  We are located next door to our sister concept, Coppa Osteria, at the intersection of the Rice Village and Southampton neighborhoods.  With limited seating and limited availability, we are now accepting reservations for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday starting at 4pm.  We will continue to hire and expand as we are able, with plans to open seven days a week for lunch and dinner as well as weekend brunch by the end of the year.
